Construction Project Manager:

CRG is a full-service General Contractor, Construction Management and Building Maintenance Solutions provider. We are looking Construction Project Manager who is an individual with great work ethics and high-performance standards, as well as those who want to progress in their career and become a member of our great team.

General Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the project team to support the project(s) completion.
  • Identify risks or challenges that can lead to project delays and communicate clearly to the project team.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure the project(s) are on task.
  • Conduct project meetings with clients (punch list, closeout, progress, etc.)
  • Communicate essential project information and progress with the project team.
  • Follow project budget and daily costs closely to ensure the project is on or under budget.
  • Understand the project scope, budget, durations and create the project requirements needed to complete the project.
  • Supervise subcontractors and vendors.
  • Monitor the projects regularly to evaluate the progress, quality, management issues emerging, and any events that might cause a delay in project completion.
  • Develop project plans and enhance adherence to the project plans to ensure project quality is maintained.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with project subcontractors and vendors to enhance quality and timely delivery of supplies.
  • Be a physical presence on project job sites.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a construction project manager.
  • Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Proficient with scheduling software and construction management tools.
  • Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and to operate heavy equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
